Hi,
There are workshop conferences inside the OCS event that we are configuring.
No special fees, but the places are limited and the directors need to know who are interested in to participate to close new registrations.
I could see anything like that in your PKP Conference 2009 - registration in two steps.
How can I do that?

There is currently no automatic cutoff point for registrations -- we just keep an eye on the registration counts manually. I have filed this as an enhancement request, though: http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4227.
Also, there are two pages when you use the Registration Options -- when you create special ticket items for registrants to purchase. If you don't create any special ticket items, registrants will only see the one page.

Sorry, but I didn't find how to create special ticket items for registrants.
In Registration Types I can not see how to create special options.
I tried even to create Special Events...
We are using OCS 2.1.1-2

Hi Josi,
My apologies, this function isn't present in OCS 2.1.1 -- you'll have to apply the correct patch from http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3806, or wait until OCS 2.1.2 is released (which should be in the near future).
