Assigning Submissions

Hi:
In our new journal, I have allowed authors to submit in different editorial sections. In one case, one of my section editors is not getting all her submissions. All the submissions do show under the editors list, but only one of them have made it to the section editor. I'll appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

Are your SEs assigned to both review and editing for their relevant sections?

Yes, oe of them was only assigned for editing. I went ahead an assigned all my SEs both for review and editing. It is working fine now. Thanks for your help.
