Hello,
After a submission is published in the ocs it doesn't show the document file, only the abstract. as you can see here or in the attachment

I tried everything. I changed all dates of conference timeline; i indicate that track is not peer-reviewed; tested all submission material but with no results. The pdf i include in the submission never shows up. I suspect that the solution is something really simple

need some help.

i think the cause for no replies to my post its because its a dummy question.
The fact is that OCS is new to me and it was urgent to install and use. I know OJS and i use it for some time, but there are many differences.
The papers i have are all previously reviewed and i just want to upload them in OCS.
In the submission process i can as an author submit my pdf file and publish the submission, but it will only appear the abstract and not the pdf.

Hi el_tim,
Similarly to OJS, you need to upload a galley file for each submission -- presentations don't automatically move from review and editing to galley-level. You can upload galley files from the Paper Review page, under the Layout section at the bottom.
