Greetings,
I need to add some code to OJS 2.0.2 so that journal editor or manager is notified via email when an author submits an article. I'm looking in the classes, but if someone could point me to the right directories and/or files, it would be very nice.

Hello Leo,
The easiest thing to do would be to add another recipient to the Submission Acknowledgement email, which is sent to the author when a submission is completed. Look in classes/author/form/submit/AuthorSubmitStep5Form.inc.php, around line 85.
