URL-Based Queries error!

hello,sir
when I use the type of query which likes http://localhost/harvester/index.php/se ... title=test, i wil get hundreds of results, and one page will show 25 items, so there are many pages to link to show the results. the first page is right, but the second page or next page is wrong, it shows "no results". I know it is the programe's bug, Could you tell me how to modify the bug?

I'm sorry, I can not resolve the bug with your patch. May be I had not described it clearly. Now, I will describe the bug again with an example. you can visit the following URL, "http://carl-abrc-oai.lib.sfu.ca/index.php/search/byUrl?title=computer". then you will get many records, and at the bottom of the page shows "1 - 25 of 500 Items 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 > >> ". you can click "2" or another number to show next page result, it will shows "No Results", but it is impossible!

I am glad that harvester 2.3.0Beta had been released, but after installed it, I find that the version had no the search function.

Hi xmu_chen,

To enable the Search function using the beta release, you'll need to enable one of the indexing plugins. You'll probably want to use the "MySQL Index Search Plugin". To enable this, go to Site Administration > Plugins > Generic Plugins and click "Enable" for the MySQL Index Search Plugin.

I had not solved my problem. It is true that the new version(2.3.0) harvester has search function, but it is advance, not simple. I only need the simple search function by url. just like can searching archives by title field, creater field, and subject field. I do not want to upgrade it to the new version for the moment.
The version of harvester we are using is 2.0.1. The patch page (Bugzilla page)shows that harvester has 2.2.3 or other version, but I can not download the 2.2.3 or other version harvester from download page(http://pkp.sfu.ca/harvester_download).
Somebody say that it can be downloaded from CVS, but I do not know how to do it.
Could you tell me how can I get V2.2.3 integrated harveter software(before 2.3.0)? or could you sent it to me?(my email:lucky0610@gmail.com )

Hi xmu_chen,

Were you able to apply the patch for bug #4006? It should definitely resolve the bug you describe. The current stable version is Harvester 2.0.1, and the development release (due out very soon) is 2.3; there are no releases in between these two. (There is a release of OJS with version number 2.2.3; perhaps that's what you encountered?)

In the 2.3 beta, FYI, the byUrl search is available at a slightly different url -- e.g. http://url-to-harvester/index.php/misearch/byUrl?title=... instead of http://url-to-harvester/index.php/search/byUrl?title=.... This was changed to disambiguate between the different types of search indexing tools that can be used, i.e. MySQL search index vs. Lucene.

There is a good news that I had solved my problem. I had upgraded the following files from CVS.
1.~/classes/template/TemplateManager.inc.php (Revision 1.19)
2.~/pages/search/SearchHandler.inc.php (Revision 1.25.2.1 )
3.~/templates/search/results.tpl (Revision 1.17)
after it , the system work well!
