What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

OJS in am Hour has screen shots and descriptions that could form the basis of an introduction to OJS 2 by tracing aspects of it into powerpoint.
I do training sessions using the test-drive OJS -- username/password provided in "OJS in an Hour" -- working live from the Web, so Editors can get a feel for how things move, while allowing them to try it as well.
