Hi all,
is there a way to send a mail to many addressees from a non-administrative account? I see that Directors have no access to the lists of users...
One more question: I can't find an easy way to modify the number of displayed lines in the lists of users? If there isn't one, I dive into the source code...

Hi Marco,
Oddly, I was wondering the exact same thing about sending emails last night. I may file this as a feature request for 2.1, but no guarantees that it'll get in.
For managing list size, you have to be logged in as Conference Manager: see Conference Site Management --> Website Management --> Step 3.4.

Hi Marco,
To clarify: I think Directors/Track Directors shouldn't necessarily have access to whole lists of users for the system; but they should have the ability to mass-mail certain groups at certain times, ie., authors, readers, registrants.
Any comments on this?
