UNESCO BKK is looking for programmer(short-time consultancy)

Dear group members,

UNESCO BKK is going to organise a big conference with hundreds of participants at the end of this year. For managing this event we want to use the Open Conference System OCS, which would help us with online registration and also the submission/reviewing process of papers and abstracts.

OCS works stable and reliable and definitely would suit our needs. However, there are still a lot of issues with this programme which need to get improved before we can use it.

We are now looking for a talented programmer who can help us with modifying the existing programme code of OCS to transform OCS in a mature application.

I have attached you our wish-list of improvements so that you get an idea about the details and amount of work.

Does anybody know a capable programmer with strong PHP skills? The programmer/company should preferably be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

I am looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much for your efforts!

Best regards,
Hartfried Schmid
