Dear Developers,
I was use keyword cloud plugins but I see an error click the keywords.
I was change many folder to the 777.

Hi solty,
Only the owner of a file can run a chmod command on it. For OJS to perform chmod, the user that the web server runs as needs to be the one who owns those files. If you (or someone with root) chown those files to the user that Apache runs as, the messages should go away.
