Hi
Have you considered extending the export services concerning citations. Now you can only export bibliographic information from one article at a time. Wouldn't it be a good idea to make it possible to export several? An good example is 'The American Historical Review' . And how about an e-mail and abstract service (see picture).

Very good points. I believe we'll be including tools like this as part of a more general article-view/Reading Tools revamp that we'll be embarking on shortly. I've added your suggestion to Bugzilla: http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5270. Please feel free to CC yourself for future updates.
