OJS is great, but on one point you really have to make improvements. First of all, don't call your link 'How to cite items': Call it for example 'Export to reference software', and then improve the service. Make the direct export possible instead of downloading a file. Finally you should make it possible too, to export directly to RefWorks, one of the most used online research management, writing and collaboration tools in the world. Today we need that service.

You can easily fine-tune wording by modifying the locale file, e.g. locale/en_US/locale.xml for English. The OJS 2.2 release will include support for citation formats using a plugin structure, and support for RefWorks has already been added.
