I'll send along the download URL as soon as we are ready for testing to begin, probably close to October 1. Thanks again for helping out.

New to OJS, but not to software development. I would love to help out with testing however I could. Looking forward to downloading the beta version.

I'm interested in testing 2.2.
I'd also like to try the test site you've setup, how do I obtain a login?
Thanks, I'm looking forward to the new release.
Richard

Yes, I was planning to test on our own machine. In fact, I'm setting up using the 2.2.0b2 tarball now, so I guess I'll just scrap it and checkout from CVS. I suppose it yields the benefit that I can cvs update the tree as fixes are made..
I have a question I'll send in another post..

Richard

Hi Alec
It looks interesting. When do you plan to release it? I would really like to join the test team, but my time is scarce. I surely look forward to get my hands on the OJS 2.2

Hi nef,
We're just working on language updates for OJS 2.2 at the moment; other than that and a few bits and pieces of fine-tuning, it's finished. We're hoping to release it very shortly.

Hi Cornelius,
It'll definitely be available before xmas; we've hit a hang-up with the translation update process, but we're working on it. You're welcome to check out the CVS version if you want a preview.
