Bug: Reviewer reports cut off

A reviewer entered this phrase "<6%" into an email form (w/o quotes). This phrase and everything after it was cut-off (not stored in the database). This occurs in both OJS1 and OJS2.

Hi Gunther,
The email log was interpreting those symbols as "unsafe" HTML (i.e. an attempt at cross-site scripting); this paranoia in this case isn't necessary as messages are plain text only. There is a fix at http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2673 that will relax the restriction. Note that the full emails are stored properly; once the fix is in place, the rest of the any affected past emails will appear.
