As stated in the documentation, the help system is intended to serve a dual purpose, providing both help to the site user and documentation of the facilities offered by the publishing system. After some informal testing by test users and guided by the principle that one can never go wrong underestimating the ability of users of any software to become confused, we've decided to turn off the help system in our implementations. This request is for a help system dedicated solely to help documentation for the end user.
