A single button to clean up all the detretus following a completed document review and editing cylce would be helpful. This can be done now using existing facilities or ftp but the process is tedious.

We're hesitant to implement this sort of feature, as our focus is born-electronic journals, for which we hope OJS will become the primary source of record-keeping. We might add a method to store editorial-process documents offline, but as disk space is relatively cheap, it's not a huge priority.
