At my institution, we are working to install OJS on a server that is mapped to our mass storage system, where we will be periodically migrating backups of site files. I'd like to get an antivirus-checking measure in place for when submission files are uploaded to the server, either at the point of submission (this would be ideal) or at least periodically (ie, twice a day). Does anyone hear have anything in place for antivirus checking of submission files? We're on a Linux server, I was thinking of trying to get something like ClamAV going to scan files/directories, as we don't have access to an ICAP server at the moment.
