I hope this is the right place to post an enhancement request:
There really needs to be a way for SOMEONE (even if it's only the Journal Manager) to edit or delete a review. We often have a situation where a reviewer posts incomplete information, and we need to add info or delete the review and start again. This seems to be completely impossible. Why?

Reviewer actions are currently considered part of the historical record, right or wrong. The best work-around is to start a subsequent round of review for the errant reviewer.
