Plugin Exportador PubMed XML

Postby tagostinho » Thu Aug 15, 2013 7:14 am

I would like to generate the XML file via plugin PubMed, without bringing all sections.

I want to bring only the "Articles" section

How can I do this?

thank you

Hi Tiago,

You can use "Export Articles" to choose only specific articles, i.e. those from only a single section; alternately, if you have an XML editor, you can remove the extra content after performing the export.

Hi Alec.

Thank you for helping me.

Really "Export Articles" I can solve my problem.

In this option, all sections are considered "articles".

Had not used this option.

Hi Tiago,

Glad to hear that this will work. (FYI, "Articles" is the single default section that is created when OJS is installed; these can be created/modified by the Journal Manager. But in general, all submissions are referred to as "articles" in various parts of the system regardless of what section they appear in. The only parts of the system that the Section affects are the assignment of Section Editors, the metadata that's exposed to various external systems, and the way the issue is presented when published.)
