Hi,
IS there anyway to ADD the title name of the article to the review form? So when the reviewer gives his review we can also the title.

Hi Kenny,
From what I remember of your setup, you have a field whereby reviewers can put in a review title; you wanted to stretch that so you could see the full thing, right? You can control how the various fields in review forms are displayed by editing templates/submission/reviewFormResponse.tpl, and simply changing the values for various "size" elements therein.
I will note that, eventually, review form responses will be included in the Review report (available under Journal Management -> Stats & Reports -> Review Report), but most likely not in the near future. Please feel free to CC yourself to http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4905 for future updates on this.
