We are running the latest OJS and almost everything is working well now. Here is an annoying problem.
When I am logged in (as Journal Manager or Editor) and go to Notifications/View in the right sidebar, it returns a blank page to the browser with no error. When my colleague does the same, it returns an error. The number of notifications is listed, and I can Manage them, and get email notifications, but just can't see them when logging in.
Our IT people found this error message generated but are now stuck on this problem.
