What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:1.
Search the forum. You can do this from the
Advanced Search Page or from our

especially recommend searching the forum for said error.
2.
Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3.
Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the

Dear support team,
we have recently upgraded our OJS from 2.2 to 4.1.
I noticed that grey and blue highlights in the list 'submissions in review' indicate the submissions which require action of the editor. However, the timing seems a bit off. Many submissions are highlighted as 'reviewer is overdue to complete review' although the detailed views of these submissions show that there are still one or two weeks until the respective review is due. Also the due date in the 'submissions in review' list itself is diplayed correctly like 'one more week to go' and still these submissions are highlighted as review overdue. I set the reviewing time to 4 weeks. I would not want to switch the highlighting off completely but in the current state it is misleading and quite confusing for the editors. Any suggestions how to fix this?
Best regards,
Heike

Hi Heike,
Apologies for not getting to you sooner. I have run into this problem as well; I am working up a fix, which should be available at
http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8228 before too long. Please feel free to CC yourself to that bug report for future updates.
Cheers,
James
