Blank page localhost/ojs/install

What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

Blank page localhost/ojs/install

this is my first time using OJS in ubuntu server, i already follow the video tutorial from the PKP website, until moving ojs into the var/www
but after i type localhost/ojs it refer to this link localhost/ojs/index.php/index/install and the page goes blank, there's nothing i can do, not like the video tutorial pt 3. We can see clearly the OJS installation procedure. Can any one help me please, i'm doing this for my school project, so i really need help. Thanks. :(
