What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

One of our journals have had problems with the Quick Submit function because their files were larger than our maximum file size. Since then we have increased the limit, and now it works fine. However we still have some remnants after their first attempts (please see the image). The problem is that I can't delete the remnants. I have deleted it in the journal manager's 'Files Browser', but it still figures in the editor's Archives. How can I remove it from there? Normally I would open it and then under 'Status' choose 'REJECT AND ARCHIVE SUBMISSION' and go back and delete, but as you can see the 'REJECT AND ARCHIVE SUBMISSION' link is missing.
