What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum
. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page
or from our Google Custom Search

searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

I recently upgraded my OJS installation to 2.4.1 and on 1 or the 4 journals I have the request review email action does not work. When the journal manager clicks the email link after adding a reviewer, the server returns "The connection was reset. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." I have checked the REVIEW REQUEST prepared email template, and it seems to be fine. I even reset it to default, but that did not fix the issue.
Not sure what is causing the issue for this particular journal...all the other ones work fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
