Hello
I am trying to install OJS on windows-7, before this fattal error i had trouble with datadase error that is access denied error, but i resolve it through viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7731 this link. After resolve this error i got another error that is FATAL ERROR is following

Fatal error: Call to a member function getVersionString() on a non-object in /var/www/ojs/cache/t_compile/%%73^736^73609D70%%install.tpl.php on line 55
kinldy help to resolve this error.
