Hello,
One of our editors accidentally marked the wrong submitted article as paid using the manual payment option, and we'd like to reverse or undo this.
How can we undo the payment in OJS?
Thanks,
--Alex

Hi Alex,
I don't know if there's an undo function for article payments in OJS - the company I'm working for is not using OJS for collecting article submission fees. However, if you have access to the database behind OJS, you can check if you find the payment in question in the table "completed_payments". Make sure you have a backup of your database before you do any modifications. But if you have a backup, you could try to delete the one entry that was erroneously marked as being paid.
Best regards,
Kai Weber
