We have a serious problem with the configuration of our conference, when an author tries to upload a file to the website of my conference, he receive this error
The website encountered an error while retrieving the http://cit2013.florida.es/index.php/CIT ... thor/index http://cit2013.florida.es/index.php/CIT ... thor/index
. It may be down for maintenance or is configured incorrectly.
My website isn't in maintenance, it must be a configuration error, but what? Can anyone help me please? Thanks!!

This message comes from your web server (e.g. Apache) to indicate that PHP encountered an error. Check your error logs for more information.
