como modificar el limite para cargar un archivo al ojs

Buenos días yo tengo instalado el Open Journal System 2.3.7 y tengo problemas cuando un autor desea cargar un articulo, en un post anterior que realice me respondieron que el problema podría ser el limite que tiene el software para cargar archivos entonce ahora mi pregunta es cuanto es el limite del ojs 2.3.7 para cargar archivos y si yo como administradora puedo realizar la modificante de ese limite y aumentarlo, agradeceré mucho la ayuda que me brinden
