What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

Patches ojs 2.3.7

Hola buenas tardes a todos!. Queria saber si alguien me puede ayudar con la instalación de ojs 2.3.7. Ya lo tengo instalado pero al querer crear una revista y luego cuando quiero acceder a la misma me tira el siguiente error:

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://osiris.intranet.unl/ojs/index.php/hola/manager. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

Alguien sabria decirme como puedo resolver esto?. He visto que hay unos parches para disponibles para la version pero no se como se instalan :(.

Agradeceria de su ayuda por favor.

Hi Milka,

I've already responded to your question at http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=9044; please don't double-post, as we're a small team and it's hard to keep the forums organized.
