Hi,
Not sure if I am asking this question correctly. When OJS is installed there is the "admin" user that you setup. Then after that you can setup other users. Is there anyway to setup a 2nd user account with the same privileges as the first user account that gets created during OJS install?
I know I did n't see anything in the web interface but possible by changing a value in the database you can create another "admin" Or is it only user with user_id 1 that gets special privileges?
