This is a problem since when people pay via Paypal it does not require them to have a shipping address in OJS. Subsequently, PayPal reports that there is no shipping address for the transaction. Actually, I have noticed no Paypal shipping address even if they entered one in OJS.
As far as I can tell, Paypal doesn't show the billing address.
Any ideas how to fix this or make it better?
