Hi,
I've noticed a problem with my ojs installation. When I register with one journal, I can login in other journals on the site but I can submit only to the journal I registered with!
How is it possible to be able to log into all journals with the same account but not be able to submit to them?
In this case, having one account for the site level doesn't help much, because one have to register (with different usernames and emails) in each journal to be able to submit to it!
This complicates things!
Does anyone noticed this problem or it is proper to my settings/configuration?
Is it solvable?

Hi OJSer,
If you want to be able to submit to a journal, you need to be enrolled in that journal as an author. Roles are assigned on a per-journal basis. You don't need to create a second account, but you do need the Author role assigned to that user in the second journal.
