What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

I'm trying to register as reader, author, reviewer in a test journal but there are some problems:
- I don't receive any screen pop-up or new windos for notification that the registration was successful (or not)!
- The registration is OK, but I receive an empty email, with sender "Unknown sender" and subject: []

Does someone knows what is going wrong?
