As the editor/ journal manager I'd like to submit a document containing "Notes on Contributors". There is no author, but the system demands an author name to accept the submission.
Is there a way for me to submit and/or upload this document without having my name attached to it?

Hi Joan,
Currently OJS requires at least one author for any article. Note that this doesn't necessarily have to have the same name, email, etc. as the actual user account for the user who is submitting the article; when you submit an article you have the opportunity to provide whatever author details you wish. I'd suggest attributing articles like this to "Editor" or something similar. However, removing attribution entirely would require some code changes.
