bar at bottom of forms not showing

bar at bottom of forms not showing

Hi all,

I am new to OJS so please forgive me if this is a rather stupid question.
I have installed a new version of OJS and a previous one (on another server) I used had a little bar at the bottom of each form that can be filled in. The bar can be used to include html code, upload images, etc. However, that bar is not shown in my OJS installation.
How do I activate it, or is it a plugin?

Hi jacobjoh,

That's the TinyMCE plugin. It should be enabled and included by default when you install OJS. Is there a chance you disabled the plugin? Can you check your web server's access log to see if there are e.g. any Access Denied messages?
