In the step 3.7 when I click 'add ietm' the pop up window does allow me to chose a service but I do not get any OK button to click. All I have is the 'Cancel' button. I am not finding a way to add the service. I attached the screenshot - please help.

Hi jbsarma,
There may be some missing database settings. Back up your installation, then try the following:
Please report here whether or not it works.

(uiserver):u62375083:~/necef/journal > patch -p1 < citationAssistantData.xml
patching file dbscripts/xml/install.xml
Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n] y
Hunk #1 succeeded at 35 (offset -6 lines).
The next patch would create the file registry/citationAssistantData.xml,
which already exists! Assume -R? [n] y
patching file registry/citationAssistantData.xml
Hunk #1 FAILED at 1.
File registry/citationAssistantData.xml is not empty after patch, as expected
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file registry/citationAssistantData.xml.rej
I tried to apply the patch but not successful. Please see above - may be I got the process wrong. Please advice.

Anyway I ran the command as it appeared that the patch is alreday there. What I get is the following:
(uiserver):u62375083:~/necef/journal > php tools/dbXMLtoSQL.php -data execute registry/citationAssistantData.xml
X-Powered-By: PHP/4.4.9
Content-type: text/html
Not sure what I have done but the original issue/problem still persists.

Hi jbsarma,
Do you see data in the "filters" table in your database?

Yes. there seems to be entry in the table. Please see the screen shot attached. Also, I had to 'disable_path_info = On' for the installation to work. Not sure if this setting in the config.php got something to do with the problem.

Hi jbsarma,
Ah, if those database entries are present, then I've been barking up the wrong tree.
It's entirely likely that the citation assistant is not fully compatible with disable_path_info=On. If you are able to tweak your PHP installation so that this setting is not necessary, I would suggest doing that -- your URLs will also look a lot better. There are a number of threads about that setting in the forum. If you are able to do so, see if you can confirm whether that fixes the citation assistant.
