Untitled format articel in QuickSubmit Plugin

I use QuickSubmit Plugin for submit articel, but the format articel appaer "untitled" in galley, how can i solve this?

Hello ydaermawan,
You may be running into the common mime-type issue.
Here's one post about it.
Searching the forum form "mime type" you'll probably find a lot more.
Your server should automatically assign a "format" label based on the type of document uploaded.
Check your mime.magic file to add the correct mime-type.
You can also override the label with your own by editing the files metadata, in the Editing > Galleys section, by clicking on the available links/buttons.
