hello
i install ojs 2.3.7 in my windows xp and fully configure it correctly same as
instruction, finally after subscription a user in the ojs, the ojs don't send
email to the user entered mail and apache logs this part of log :
please guide me it's so important for me.thank you.

Hi danshi,
It sounds like you're using the wrong value for the smtp_server setting in your config.inc.php file. Most ISPs provide their own mail servers for you to use, and you normally can't connect to other mail servers directly. You need to talk to your Internet Service Provider and ask them to tell you what to use for an outbound SMTP server and use that instead.
