We had a successful upgrade to 2.3.7 with no errors.
After the upgrade to 2.3.7, whenever an IP address is added for institutional subscriptions, it says "Please enter a valid IP range."
Even though the IP address and IP range entered is valid, it keeps saying "Please enter a valid IP range"
Is this a bug? Is there a a fix for this?

Hi newone,
To clarify, there are no blank IP range fields when you try and save the subscription? That is, all IP range fields have valid values in them?
Thanks,
Michael

The issue has been resolved. All fields are filled out.
The issue has to do with the dash or the separator between IP range address, such as 111.111.11.11 - 111.111.11.11.
If the dash is not entered correctly, it produces the error. So this dash (-) works, but a double dash will not work. For example, if you copy the IP address from a Word file, it is important that you remove the dash because in Word makes a double dash look like a single one.
Once the change was made, everything works.
