What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

Reviewing interest in OJS 2.3.7

Postby rpang » Sun Apr 01, 2012 7:39 pm

Hello,

We've just upgraded from version 2.3.4 to 2.3.7, but the reviewing interest still doesn't seem to work. I've tried entering reviewing interest both as a reviewer registering him/herself and a journal manager creating a reviewer account, yet nothing showed up after the 'Save' button was hit. This happens to Edit Profile page as well as Select Reviewer page. May I know what we can do to fix this?

Best,
Suke

Hi Suke,

Do you have a link to your site that I can try this out on? Are you sure you're pressing enter when entering interests so that they are 'set'?

Cheers,
Matt

Hi Matt,

Thanks for your reply. We've just migrated the system to another server and the reviewing interest function seems to work perfectly fine.

Best,
Suke
