Question about <open_acces /> and <access_date>

Postby Marc » Wed Apr 05, 2006 2:28 am

Hi all,

I’m using the native import/export plugin, how I say in each one of my mails :-P

Knows somebody where can I find documentation about those tags?

<open_acces />

Or, can somebody told my how and why use <access_date>? Is it to define a date from where the articles change from restricted to open access?

Hi Marc,

That's correct -- the <open_access/> tag flags an issue or an article as being open access; for issues, you can also use <access_date>2006-04-05</access_date> to indicate that an issue becomes open-access on the specified date.
