hello there
can you tell me how i change the defualt email that is getting sent out....no matter what, a new user registering with the journal, or trying to go through the review process its always the change password email.
how can i chose the email text from the list on emails you have already set up with the links to filenames etc??

Hi Goodgrief,
That's odd -- have you edited the emails that ship with the system? If you haven't, try manually resetting the emails to their defaults. To do this:
- Log in as Journal Manager
- Go into Perpared Emails (or Emails, depending on your version of OJS)
- Click "Reset all templates" at the bottom of the page
Note that if you have modified the email templates, your changes
will be deleted.
If this doesn't solve the problem or if you've already customized the emails and don't want to lose your changes, contact me at
