What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

or from our Google Custom Search
, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend
searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development
One of our OJS users had encountered such problems :
"I am having important compatibility issues with the OJS system on both
Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox (Mac). Regarding the review uploading
- In Safari, the "Browse" button is clickable but not the "Upload" one
- In Firefox, both buttons are greyed out
Is there any ways to solve the problems?

Could you verify that the user has followed the necessary steps? As Journal Manager, under Roles, you should be able to find the reviewer's user; click "Sign In As", and you will assume their identity. Now go to User Home, choose Reviewer, and find the submission in question.
If the reviewer has not yet accepted the review or has declined it, they will not be able to upload a file. Likewise, if the Editor has cancelled the review, the upload field will be disabled.
