Apologies if this is in the docs or I missed it in the settings?
When using PKP hosting , what is the user emails are sent as ?
Alternatively, how can we be sure the reply-to address is set so that if somebody replies to an automated / confirmation type email the reply goes to a human being.

Hi omacneil,
The email address for generic journal emails would be whatever you put as the Primary Contact email during journal setup (in Setup Step 1, specifically). Otherwise, it depends on who is sending the email -- if the email is a correspondence from an Editor to an Author, the system will supply the Editor's email address.
Regarding reply-to: the best thing to do is to specify an email you can check in Journal Setup.
Cheers,
James

Hi James
Is it still the case in version 2.3.7.0 that the automated emails use the Principal Contact as the "Sender/From" email address? Just wondering if it's possible to allocate other email addresses for automated emails.
Thanks for your help
