What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

This will depend on what's triggering your spam filter; all filters are different. Some filters will explain their decisions in the message headers, so look there for information on what's setting it off. If it's the specific wording of the emails triggering your filter, you can customize them as Journal Manager.
Some spam catchers use Bayesian filtering, which can often be trained for greater accuracy. Check the documentation of your anti-spam product.
