Finally I was able to make the script work
. Yet, when I upload an article and publish it through the admin area, I see that only the abstract has been published and it says that "Full text: not available" Why is it like this.?What should I do to make full text articles to be seen on the website?

Have you uploaded a galley for each article? Go to the article's Editing page as an Editor, Section Editor, or Layout Editor and you'll see a list with the heading "Galley Format" under the Layout section. This is where you upload the various formats that readers can view, like HTML, PDF, Postscript, etc.
