What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

HELP!
My neck is on the line. Our new issue (http://anti-matters.org) is supposed to be released today! After publishing it, I find that the table of contents has links to the abstracts but not to the articles (nor do the abstracts have links to articles).
Yet the files browser shows that the files are where they should be (for instance, in .../ojsfiles/journals/1/articles/52/public). :?:
I have recently upgraded to OJS 2.2. More precisely, I have reinstalled OJS in a different domain on the same server using the same directory for content (.../ojsfiles/...), which sits outside the domain. The tables of contents for the previous (pre-upgrade) issues display the correct links. :!:
Oodles of thanks in advance for my eagerly awaited savior.

Hi koantum,

It may be that OJS has determined that those galleys aren't in the primary locale. As Journal Manager, make sure that the Languages page is set correctly (i.e. the proper primary locale is set, and all applicable languages are enabled). Then edit each of your Galleys and make sure the Locale is set there properly.

If that doesn't solve the problem, let me know and I'll suggest some more ideas.

Regards,
Alec Smecher

Dear Alec Smecher,

WOW — this was fast! And better still: it worked! But I had to go to the Site Administration and make changes to its languages page before being able to do the needful in the languages page of the Journal Administration.

Anyways, oooooodles of thanks! :D :D :D
