What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development subforum.

how to show the abstract, HTML,PDF links at the same time?

Postby xmu_chen » Sun Jan 06, 2008 8:03 pm

hello,
I am just testing OJS, I have loaded some items on system. when I view the items by title, I just find the "ABSTRACT" link on the right of the item title, I can not find the "HTML","PDF" link which can be showed at the other institutional OJS.
What is the matter? and what can I should do ?
Thanks.

Hi xmu_chen,

Are you sure you uploaded the HTML and PDF files as Galley files? You can take a look at the following post for what to check:

hi,James,
I have not uploaded galleys (either PDF or HTML) in the Editing process, under the Layout step. so the error happens. now, I have uploaded the HTML and PDF files as Galley files, the OJS works well. :D
Thank you very much!
