What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development
It seems our editor accidentally entered a reviewer decision. Now the reviewer himself cannot post his decision or upload his comments. Is there any way to undo this action?
I can send a link to the page if it helps. I'm using a mac and the editor is using a pc.

We don't allow decisions to be undone for the sake of record-keeping, but you can work around it. The easiest solution is probably to record a new submission, e.g. Revisions Required, which should allow the reviewer to complete the review. Then record a final decision once the review is finished. If you want to leave a paper-trail of why this was done, you can do so on the submission's History page under Notes.
