What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

or from our Google Custom Search

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

The problem is when we send an email (like review request), even we only send to 1 person at a time, the email get caught by the spam filter e.g. yahoo mail.
Before trying to switch to a new ip address (I believe this may work as some filter are ip-based), is there any code level change I can do so that I can increase the likelihood the email reach the INBOX?

You'll have to do some investigation to determine why the message is getting caught by spam filters. Typically, spam filters add headers to filtered messages to describe the things it considered to be spam-like; try viewing the source of the message in your mail client and seeing if there are details there. It could be as simple as changing the email wording.
